Zu unserem Laborequipment gehören moderne Speicheroszilloskope, schnelle FFT-Messempfänger und verschiedene Netznachbildungen zur Messung leitungsgebundener Störungen in Ihrer Anwendung vor Ort oder bei uns im Hause. Somit können wir bereits in der Entwicklungsphase unterschiedliche Lösungsansätze zur Optimierung der elektromagnetischen Verträglichkeit in Ihrer Applikation im Vorfeld evaluieren um, Sie auf dem Weg zur Zulassungsmessung zu begleiten.
Zur Charakterisierung von Induktivitäten hinsichtlich deren Sättigungs-/ Frequenzverhalten besitzen wir auch Präzisionsmessplätze wie LCR-Messgeräte mit einstellbarer Frequenz und Vormagnetisierung sowie L(i)-Impulsmessplätze bis 1500A. Damit gehören Messgeräte zur Untersuchung der Einflüsse von Frequenz und Aussteuerung selbstverständlich zu unserer gängigen Ausstattung zur Charakterisierung von Induktivitäten, ebenso wie Messplätze für Hochspannungs- und Ableitstromprüfung.
Unsere spezielle Erfahrung und Kenntnis verschiedenster Magnetwerkstoffe erlauben es uns für Kunden maßgeschneiderte Produkte, preislich wie technisch und bauraumoptimiert, zu entwickeln. Development-integrated measurements
Our laboratory equipment includes modern storage oscilloscopes, fast FFT-receivers, and various power line emulators for measuring conducted disturbances in your application on-site or at our facility. This allows us to evaluate different approaches to optimize electromagnetic compatibility in your application in advance, during the development phase, guiding you towards certification measurements.
To characterize inductors in terms of their saturation/frequency behavior, we possess precision measurement stations, including LCR meters with adjustable frequency and pre-magnetization, as well as L(i)-pulse measurement stations up to 1500A. Measurement devices to examine the influences of frequency and excitation are part of our standard equipment for characterizing inductors, along with stations for high-voltage and leakage current testing.
With our specialized experience and knowledge of various magnetic materials, we can develop tailored products optimized in terms of price, technology, and space requirements exactly for our customers. Our dynamic measurement approach for magnetic cores enables us to fully exploit a diverse range of materials, resulting in compact solutions with low losses and high-power density.
